Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to all our clients and efficient use of our clinic rooms, we kindly ask you to observe the following cancellation terms:

Cancellations made with 48 hours’ notice or more will receive a full refund or credit.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the booking will receive a 50% refund or credit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking are non-refundable.

No-shows will be treated as late cancellations and will not be refunded.
